As everyone in the County knows, if you don't tell your story, we'll make one up for you. So we're taking the time to tell ours. It's the story of an honest day's work, and the pride that comes from starting something from nothing. A tale of barns, families, and glasses raised in a community that truly defines the word. Filled with memorable characters, and reflecting the many quirks of County life, every beer reveals a unique history. Crafted authentically, brewed sustainably and shared passionately. Flagship Beer

CRUSHABLE PILSNER

It’s called Crushable for a reason – this traditional German Pilsner is made for a hot summer day. Unfiltered because it has nothing to hide. Using only German malt and hops make for a malt forward open and a dry finish. ABV: 5.0% IBUs: 35

SUMMER SAISON

A dry Saison highlighting the complex flavour of Belgian Saison yeast. A tempered late addition of Australian Summer hops add and element of stone fruit, complementing the hints of banana and clove in what is otherwise a dry sessionable brew. ABV: 5.3% IBUs: 17

WESTY PALE ALE

A generously hopped incredibly refreshing West Coast style pale ale named after our 1972 VW Westfalia beer delivery van. You’ll find it hard to sip slowly. ABV: 5.7% IBUs: 42

mOUSETRAP RYE PALE ALE

A complex beer with the punchy profile of Rye malt balanced by the rich almost nutty flavour of Maris Otter. Throw in heavy-handed late hops additions and you have a beer that challenges every taste bud on your palate.  ABV: 6.0% IBUs: 39

GRANDPA MIGUEL’S COFFEE STOUT

A smooth stout topped off with Samantha’s father’s organic coffee grown on the sloped coastline of volcanic Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Deep notes of toasty chocolate from dark malt grown in Patagonia,  Chile and an uncompromising coffee punch balanced by the citrus and herbal aromas of Cascade and Willamette hops.  ABV: 5.6% IBUs: 45

SEASONAL BREWS

JIMI PALE ALE

Guess who's back? A psychedelic aromatic dry-hopped pale ale with a floral nose, a tinge of blueberry from Mosaic cryo-hops and apricot citrusy notes from Amarillo hops. A top-seller last summer - get it while it lasts! ABV: 5.1% IBUS:29

BELGIAN TRIPEL

Our take on a traditional high ABV Belgian ale that is malt-forward and copper in colour with strong undertones of dried fruit. We used French experimental hops, Barbe Rouge and Mistral, and lime zest in the boil for a subtle fruity enigma on your palate. ABV: 8.38%    IBUS:  48

THE HULA HOOP SOUR SERIES

PRICKLY PEAR PERFECTION*: The prickly pear fruit not only provides a deep neon pink hue, but lends this kettle sour beer notes of watermelon and bubblegum. A generous dry hop addition of El Dorado hops brings forth bright tropical flavours. We are pumped about this one!  ABV: 5.0% IBUS: 25

RIZBAL MANGO LASSI*: Part of our Hula Hoop series this brew has a beautiful bright orange hue. Sweet and tart with a light creamy mouthfeel. This one is named after Riz on our team who kept us all warm over the winter with his delicious Malaysian Curry.  ABV: 4.6% IBUs: 15 *SOLD OUT

PINK GUAVA LUV: The most crushable of our Hula Hoop Sour Series. The addition of lactose and pink guava puree provide a distinct texture to this sour designed for a sunny patio. Heavily dry-hopped with Ekuanot, adding notes of orange peel and papaya. ABV:4.8% IBUS:6

#100 FARM BREW

Made using barley from our farm, malted by Barn Owl Malt, local hops from our friends at Pleasant Valley Hops in Hillier and yeast from Escarpment Lab. This is an all local brew straight from our farms. ABV: 4.5%  IBUs: 38

RINDA RINDA

This beer encapsulates 1980s Japan in a bottleNamed after the Blue Hearts' hit single "Linda Linda", with Sorachi hops, yuzu and lime zest it is the perfect match for summer. ABV: 4.8 IBUs: 27

fARMER'S TAN HARVEST ALE Available end of summer'

A recipe developed years ago with Big Spruce Brewing, Cape Breton for our annual Grape Harvest Party. Dark auburn in colour with a malt forward profile that is balanced by the floral aroma of whole cone hops straight off the vine from Pleasant Valley Hops in Hillier. We use County barley malted by Barn Owl Malt making this as local a brew as we could muster. ABV: 5.2% IBUs: 43

MARYSBURGH VORTEX IPA

Named after the County's own Bermuda triangle. located to the East to Wolfe Island and South to Oswego, NY.  Over 100 shipwrecks have been documented in the area, including the mysterious tales of the Schooner Picton (1900) and the Bavaria (1889), Be wary, at 8.75% ABV this imperial IPA with heavy handed chinook hops grown locally by Pleasant Valley Hops, Citra and Pekko hop additions balanced with the malty profile of local Barn Owl Malt, may suck you in with no explanation. Juicy like a tangerine with 80% local ingredients. ABV: 8.75% IBUs: 65

MISS SUPERTEST 

Little sister to the Marysburgh Vortex, this session brew is low in ABV but full of flavour. ABV: 2.75% IBUs: 45

THE GUV'NOR ESB(extra special bitter)

A Deep chestnut brown ale topped by a near-white creamy head. Maris Otter and chocolate malt combined with English ale yeast lends this brew toasty toffee notes while the earthy floral attributes of Willamette, Fuggles and East Kent Golding hops make it a perfect brew for the Autumn. ABV: 6.0% IBUs: 45

STALWART BASTION OATMEAL STOUT

A sweet almost creamy mouthfeel from the oats balanced with the spicy bitterness of chocolate rye malt round this stout. ABV: 6.0% IBUs: 45

sUNKISSED BEER / WINE HYBRID

Cloudy by nature with a tart open, a subtle juiciness and lingering hints of crisp orchard fruit. Our small vineyard consists of 500 vines - Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Upon harvest the juice from our grapes is blended with a golden ale and fermented together with Saison yeast. The result is something very unique - a hybrid that is 30% wine, 70% beer.  ABV: 7.5% IBUs: 18

DEVIL'S RIGHT HAND Premium Stout Series

recipe is a rich chocolatey brew that warms the cockles of your

DEVIL'S RIGHT HAND - THE SON

This is the base recipe of our premium Devil's Right Hand line of stouts - a chocolatey smooth brew that warms the cockles of your heart - bold yet balanced, smooth yet complex. 

ABV: 6.6% IBUs: 45

DEVIL'S RIGHT HAND BARREL AGED - THE FATHER

This brew was barrel aged in Jack Daniel's Rye and Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels blended in our conditioning tank.

Mild notes of dried fruit and spice complement the vanilla and slight toasted flavours emanating from the oak barrel.

A thought provokingly distinguished stout. 

ABV: ~8.5% IBUs: 45

DEVIL'S RIGHT HAND BARREL AGED - THE ELDER *Back soon

This Imperial Stout chimes in at 8.5% ABV without the slightest trepidation. 

Delicate cocoa and coffee notes are evident within this malt-forward monster of a beer that

maintains a velvety smooth balance despite its high ABV.

DEVIL'S RIGHT HAND BARREL AGED - THE LEGEND- Available in Bottles

This is the barrel aged version of the Elder, aged in Wild Oak Whiskey barrels from Kindred House of Fine Spirits, 

lending this brew mild notes of vanilla and toasted coconut. 

It doesn't get better than this.
